Description

"Home of the Mockingbird" is a haven for two or one person waiting in a corner of nature that has not been touched by human hands. This place is perfect for those looking for a break from the city and the pace of work. Here you will be able to get to know or rediscover nature, merge with its rhythm - the cabin is located on the territory of 12 ha, surrounded by the hills, meadows and forests of Aukštaitija.

The house was built on the territory of a hundred-year-old homestead, on the land of the landlady's ancestors, whose surname was Strazdas (En: Mockingbird). The dream of reviving the homestead, cherished since youth, turned into the idea of "Home of the Mockingbird", which the owners share with their family, friends and guests.

"The message we carry: we are inseparable from the earth and the nature around us. Here the boundaries between outside and inside, between man and the space around him dissolve."

Tiny House

In a small, tent-like cabin, you will find a comfortable bed and panoramic roof windows - during the day you will watch the clouds and at night - you will count the falling stars! In colder weather, you can fire up the stove, read books and enjoy the warmth. There is a seating area outside the house.

In the tinyhouse you will find - bed linen.
Next to the house - sink with warm water.
WC - installed outside.

This tinyhouse has electricity.
Heating - wood stove.

Cooking

In the kitchen corner you will find the necessary equipment - dishes, induction hob, refrigerator, kettle.
Outside the house - barbecue and firewood.

Special Features

Children and pets are not allowed.

The car is left 100 meters from the cottage.

Directions

From the town of Leliūnai (Utena district) to the farmhouse, you will drive 5 km along a neat gravel road.
After parking the car in the territory of the homestead, you will to walk 100 meters to the tinyhouse.
